We generally use your personal data provided by you via our website only to carry out the services desired by you. DATA RETENTION

As a rule, we then always delete or block your personal data when the purpose of the storage is eliminated. However, Laws may require us to store certain data of you for specific legal retention periods. For example in terms of legal storage and documentation obligations. In order to provide location-based services on our products, we may collect and process accurate location data including the geographical location of your mobile device when building the plant. When conditions permit, location-based services use GPS, Bluetooth and your IP address, plus WLAN hotspots and cell tower locations, and other technologies, to determine the approximate location of your device. Some of the location-based services provided by us require you to provide the location information of your plant before it can be used.

In this respect, a distributor/installer or a user may use location of the phone to create the plant via HessCloud, and transfer the information to us. We use location data for plant maintenance and management use only.

Legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest or processing is necessary for providing our service to you.

COOKIES

Cookies are used on our online service, like with many websites. Cookies are small text files which do not damage your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve the purpose of making our services more user-friendly, effective and secure. These cookies will be stored in your browser only with your consent.

For the most part, the cookies that we use are "session cookies", which are automatically deleted at the end of the web browser session.
